Need simple private script

Hi! I am looking for pricing on a OSBot private script that creates accounts with 30 mining, 30 smithing, 35 magic and then logs out. Method does not matter as long as its F2P, I just need the stats. As well, I need 11hp minimum, so magic leveled by combat and not splash is preferable. I would provide the accoint with all require items before start by trading at the grand exchange.

Randomized pattern as well to make each account unique.
