rwt ban

so i just got a rwt goldfarming trade ban, I sold a account and the money I got from the guy was sitting on my 123 for about 4-5 days , then traded it too my lvl 101, my lvl 101 got banned but my 123 didnt? is that appeal able at all ?

 

Very low chance i'm afraid. There was a recent banwave :/

 

weird how i got banned like 3 days after and not even on the acc i bought it on

 

Yeah it's not going to be instant, sucks man I've lost too much to bans

 

About 8B or 9B sold, still not caught a case. TOUCH WOOD.

 

I mean the kid told me he was buying gold but It went from his account , too my main , then it sat on my main for like 4-5 days , then I stuck half of it on my lvl 101 and my 101 gets banned 3 ish days later but my 123 or his account didn't get banned , weird as shit

 

So if I sell another account or a rsn and the guy is paying saying 100 or 200m , should I put it on a aged account of mine that I don't use under a VPN? Or should I make a new account under a VPN and never log into that with my home ip? Also would killing my account in wild with a friend on my legit account and the go on the account I got paid on be safer ? Like wear 200m in risk like Arma and bandos , rather than trading over 200m

 

Count your lucky stars at the very least you didnt get your 123 main banned :-/ Jagex really going all out these days

 

RWT is perm ban, i sold an account to someone a few months back and they got it banned staking and RWT, the user gave me the information back to try and unban. I said my account hijacked etc Jagex still keep the account banned.

 

Yeah. Agreeing too the arguement that RWT bans are all luck. Not even joking. Literally, all luck. Hard feeling that Jagex has a automatic detection system in place now.

 

I thought you'd only get banned for RWT if you trade a few bils at minimum

 

nah. my 2200 total main was banned for selling around ~275m in one trade. Permaban with no previous offences.

 

Just curious, has anyone here been perm-banned for BUYING osrs gp? Curious about what's Jagex's stance against the gold buyers. Is it a temp-ban or perm-ban or rather based on the amount the player bought? I've been buying osrs gp for personal use, but in very small increments each time and infrequently(never more than 70m Osrs gp), but with the recent repeated banwaves I'm getting abit scared lol.

 

I don't see jagex perming buyers coz they are the people that potentially also buy bonds for irl$

 

Nope you can get perm banned for buying , a kid bought gp literally 10 minutes before buying my account , gave me the bought gp and I got banned for it lmao

 

Wtf are you serious =/ Dayum nothing's safe these days in rwt sigh...

i can't post anything to prove this, so take it how you'd like, but i had a conversation with mod reach well over a year ago who basically confirmed this exact thing. you're much more likely to get banned for selling even a minuscule amount rather than buying.

 

This whole situation is just weird?

Why not ban the 123....?

 

I got rwt banned back in 2016 for 3b i feel it it sucks man
