**I am making this report for a customer of mine the report was written by the victim and I'm only posting it since he doesnt remember his sythe information**

Profiles I'm reporting: @BigBoiBets @Probemas and some gold buyer they won't give the name of.
Reason: Scamming 400m 07 / Not cooperating
How it happened:
I cashed in 400m 07, the cashier confirmed it was him, I accepted, the cashier said 17 seconds later it wasn't him and is now refusing to pay the chips.

Evidence:
Screenshot - me being given the name and being told who to trade
Screenshot - me confirming the trade with the cashier, then later saying it wasn't him
Screenshot - him saying it was him just mming between a gold buyer and me.

They simply cannot say it was them then it's not them 17 seconds after i accept.

The whole point of confirming the trade is to make sure your trading the right person.

Well they did make a mistake by the looks of it or someones blatently scamming because I've paid 400m 07 and someones lieing about not getting it.

I was the gold buyer they are referring to. I have all the gyazo's proving they are lying. I attempted to purchase gold from these same two accounts two nights in a row. Both times I never actually received gold. I can provide them privately or post the publicly. There is no trade screen shot because it never happened. You got my discord bud.

It's pretty ridiculous because I have a few questions thats going unanswered

1) Why did you offer a 200m 07 refund without actually getting anything, if you were in the right wouldn't you refuse to pay anything?

2) The cashier CONFIRMED IT WAS YOU IN THE TRADE. if anything it should be the cashier refunding if it was his error

3) If a site makes a mistake the site should pay the losses

The arch nugget7 account is an account which one of my gp suppliers have used to trade me gold with before, if needs to be brought into this he can be.

I had bought that gold literally minutes before from that account.

 

I would also like to show for the record me and probemas have conducted 15-20b in business in the last few days. I was originally unaware of the BBB cash in part but honestly it didnt bother me. I preferred trading customers over live chat agents.

I personally dont see why i am the one who should take a 50% loss for following a basic structure of the confirm if its you or not

If it wasn't you why did the cashier spend 20 plus seconds before correcting me, after i paid

 

From my eyes;

The probemas cashiers made an error (from what i was told) by confirming wrongly. when i'm pretty sure i was trading the right person regardless the trade was still confirmed and the gold was still accepted.

 

And i didn't realise the last pic where probemas confirmed it was his fault.

If its his fault. where do we go from there?

 

I cannont confirm or deny anything done by the cashier. I can only provide evidence that I DID NOT trade you. You almost cost me a budding friendship and massive amounts of USD. I dont take kindly to being called a scammer and having my reputation questioned.

I agree i see theres no reason why you would but that doesnt mean ownership shouldnt rule out possibilities

 

Let's be for real how many people actually take pictures of the trade screen when dealing with probemas. or who thinks its probemas.

It's not uncommon for someone not to take screenshots.

I was told i was trading who i thought i was (probemas) and i had faith that thats who it was and they'd be honest

this is why having 3rd party people collect the gp is a bad idea when all it takes is 10 seconds for probemas to have taken the gp first then give it to you after without an issue.

 

Yep just to make things more clear i stated it was my own account if i said it was a gp seller it might of caused more confusion on the cashin

as my account on 07 was banned that same day i had no option to cashin until i finished 07 tutorial on my throwrun2033 acc which was mainly used for my rs3 deposits

 

You require a burden of proof. Anyone anywhere at any time can claim they lost something. It's on you to document your moves. I screenie every trade I have for these exact situations. I've learned over time that websites and gambling clans biggest bettors are usually the biggest dirtbags.

 

The trade was confirmed and i've a picture of the chat being accepted with your name all over it

ontop of that just seconds after the cashier said i didnt pay i was spamming Logo on skype asking him to resolve it asap

 

I had a pretty good idea i was trading someone else as in third party gp buyer

But the site is being advertised as new trusted cashiers, in which i don't feel the need that I'd need to video or pic the actual trades because i was trading probemas gold.

ontop of this ive cashed in 30b+ this week without issues and this is probably the average amount id cashin.

I do have a gif picture of the chatbox with your name and that being accepted, thats all i know that i have and im down 400m 07

Regardless of it being a cashiers issue, your issue, bbb ownership issue i dont know

but i don't think i should be held responsible for a mistake on the cashiers end.

 

your all overruling basic trading practices (knowing who and confirming who your trading ) with someone who appears to be somewhat trusted.

 

To me this falls on the website. Nowhere in the bigboibets tos does it mention you may be trading thrid parties and need to confirm your trades with screenshots. Also as someone who worked on a gambling site and did trades for 10 months i knew the second i gave a user my confirmation i was at risk if trade was declined and i didn't take a screen shot to prove this. The site never makes mention of trading a third party and taking your own screen shot confirmation. If users had knowledge they were trading a 3rd party they may take screen shots.

can i also mention in their tos they say you're not allowed to discuss rwting but are forcing users into participating in it by depositing on the site. They are also putting users accounts at increased risk of bans by trading different people each time they deposit. They should have to disclose this in their tos to rightfully protect and allow users to take all precautions needed in trades.
