Banned almost 9 years ago

Almost 9 years ago I got banned for scamming. Last year I tried coming back to sythe and created a new account, I did not even remember why I had been banned all that time ago since I was ike 13 years old at the time. I created a new account and after a few months I got banned on it for evasion, saying they tracked my other account and banned it. Then I tried creating one again and got banned again on my new account once more.

Is my ban for ever, o can I ever hope to cominig back to Sythe? I was just a kid at that time. Thanks.
