Need account recovery help

Heres the deal.
I used to play runescape, and I bought an account from a guy for like 250k and I ripped him off real bad.
I used this account for a long time, like a year probably and had no problems whatsoever.
Well, around a year ago I told my friend that lived by me, that I was going to quit runescape for a while, and that he can have my account until I wanted it back.
Anyway, some time passed and my friend moved across the country and now I want my main back. My friend doesn't play anymore because I recovered his old main... .
My account doesn't ever log on and I doubt it even has any items since all my items and money was on my friend's account which said it hadnt been logged in for a few months.
I have lost contact with my friend, but I know two old sets of recoveries I used and maybe 4 or 5 old passwords, but no payment transaction number dealios or anything like that.

Anybody know how I can recover my account, cause I sent in multiple recovery trackers and had every one denied.

 

You need more information, IP's, where the account was created, maybe some unranked stats if you know them.

Ip's... they can trace my IP back to the account can't they?
I also know the town my friend lives in... should I lie and just say that I moved back from there?

 

Posting everything about your account will show Jagex that you are the true owner. When I try to recover an account I give them all the pins I used for membership my email everything that will help and write them a message about my account and ip address. Good luck recovering it man!

 

Yeah, I just sent in a request and im gonna track it later tonight.
I wish i still had my pins and i wish the box you can write in could hold more characters.

 

IP is really one of the most important things to include

I don't have the IP for when the account was made... I said I bought it from a guy.
Will fake number for membership work?
