Help With My Pins I Just Bought_look Here Please

Yes i just bought/called and got 3 pins but when i went to get members on my account it said

"you have more than 3 unused pins"

What dose this mean, i called the number 3 times and wrote the pins down like i usely do but this time it dident work, since i called all at same time dose this mean i just wasted 30$ on my phone bill, please post here i really need help

 

it means you have un-used pins from that number you called from. have you sold any if so they prob have not used them yet =\

 

Either, 1. you failed at buying them and bought to many.
2. You have your 3 pins which you cant use.

Have you tried using each pin?

 

Yes i tryed useing each pin indavidualy, so ur telling me that since i bought 3 that i just wasted 30$ and they wont work???

You shouldn't have a $30 phone bill, i think they only charge you when the pins are activated, so you could have 1,000 unactived pins and not be charged for any until you do activate them. I'm not 100% sure on that theory but its just what my friend said since he rang up about 15 times lol.

 

darn, ok il contact jagex support because i really need members, i hope i dont get the bill

 

when u using phone(cellphone) they charge when u receive the pin. not when the pins are activated

 

its from a house phone

 

maybe u need 2 wait a month before u can use that pin again.

 

but i bought 3 new pins, the old ones run out in 2 days, could i have to wait the 2 days then?, maby it work after that?

 

you can only get 3 pins a month from pbp so you can use them in 3 days...because that will be 1 month after u bought ur previous pins i think
