Bought a account of the dude on 16th of april 2018 had some time on it and fun and when i tried to log in on the account yesterday it gave me invalid password and when i tried to recover the account it was on a different email which is not mine and he doesnt reply to my messages on the forum nor on skype proof will be put down here:

Well, i haven’t revolveres the account. I’m sorry that i haven’t responded in 2 days, but i am on vacation. You should just have let me know if you are not able to log in to the account and then i can get it back for you.
So do you want me to recover the account and get it back, or what are you looking for?

Has now been done, but i'm not home so i couldn't provide them with my home ip which makes them accept it instantly, but all other information was given.
If it's not approved, then i will redo it when i get home.

Have you been botting on the account? This is perhaps why you can't log in to the account, because it's been banned at "23-Jun-2018".

Not too sure what to respond, but it's not my responsibility after the account was sold. I guess i can try and send them a message asking them to unban it since it was not me (the original owner) who botted on it - That's the best i can do in this case...

 

i havent played on the account since april 28th.

 

I tried to play again 3 days ago which i couldnt.

well yea the problem is still it has been recoverd and u told me u were the only and first owner.. which is kinda suspicious imo but yea u can try that

 

It doesn't look like there's evidence to say either one or neither of you caused this ban so there's not much else to be done except returning the account to @Kinkystuff19 regardless of its current state. Anything further, such as attempting to get the account unbanned as a courtesy is up to you guys to discuss.

 

I am the first owner, but i’m certain that it has not been recovered. Not too sure if you’ve been sharing the account or just not have had the account secure.

 

I mean the best shot here is for me to message Jagex and argument for that it isn’t me who has botted on it. I can also just transfer the e-mail to urs again if you prefer that.

 

Anyway you have been dnt’ed so i guess u can keep the account ill buy a account of someone that is legit next time have a nice day

 

The dnt should get removed as the case has been resolved? And i have no responsibility for the account after you’ve collected it. So by no means this is my fault.

 

Like I said, as soon as you get the account back this matter will be closed and his DNT will be removed. That is unless you have further evidence to suggest he recovered the account and caused this ban.
