Hacked Account

Long story short, a family of mine had accessed my information and went blizzard.
I have wiped my computer to brand new, changed ALL emails, passwords, etc.

I've downloaded everything back (google chrome, discord, runescape, rsps's, etc).
I ran a virus scan and no threats were found, everything is clean.

I know the current password to the account because I had to force my family member (cousin) to give me it otherwise I would of beaten the sh*t out of him, excuse my french.

I can login and prove it's me (from my IP, IP Audit).
I would also like to apologize for this big ass mess when you have more important things to worry about.

It's me, ThatBaldNoob aka GameBoosts. Which email did you change it to? I clicked on "forgotten password" and put (removed) but it gives me an error. "Sorry... The requested member could not be found."

Also, it still says I am banned. GameBoosts

 

You aren't still banned, it was a glitch but I fixed it.

I changed it to the email you requested. The email you're typing here is not the same one you told me to change it to. f**g****p@g****.com

I do not recognize f**g****p@g****.com (although, it may start with removed).
Could you perhaps change the email to (removed)

I've just created that email so there shouldn't be any issues.

I had @Charlotte change the email but I don't remember the email password and I've tried several times on recovering the account but no luck.

Is there any way a moderator could set a temporary password on the account and I'll change the email to a current email of which I do currently have access to?

If not, I'd like the email to get set as: (removed)
Sorry in advance if I am spamming these threads, it's just I have many orders to complete and I cannot start any until I gain access to my account.
