deleting recovs

could someone tell me how to completlry delete covs

 

go to runescape main p[age and click recover lost account i think.
then choose someone knows my recovs
type your recovs in and the other info
then you'll need to remember a code
in a few minutes or hours enter that code in track recovery request
your recoveries should have been deleted.
