Training a Defence Pure.

Would anyone let me know where a 1 att, 1 str, 30 defence pure would train from 30 - 40 Defence?

or dark mages if you use D-hide. OR do some quests that give def exp. although i dont know any that gives JUST def exp. Are you member or non?

 

try pest control if ur member.. idk if that works

 

monks are good with full addy, you can afk for ages

I'd go to monks, just afk train.

Depending if your a member or not I would go rock crabs, do not pest control no matter what anyone says you will never hit 50 trust me a got a rune pure like yours 1 in every skills execpt defence.

it does..only if he weren't like 12cb..use ur head when you get ur post count up k? req is 40 cb..means you need 60+ def to get in if you are a def pure

monks are always best as zezima said..monks, pkin, and if you are mem you cna use thugs..they aren't half bad

 

M0NKS FTW! go monks.. rock crabs.. have to many ppl there.. monks own.. they heal aswell.. and rarely hit so basicly it will take u like 5mins - 20mins to kill one =p

 

Monks, dont use crabs ppl just steal and it takes to long, pc repair barricades for 5 points each time etc.
