PayByPhone requires a landline. You can a subsribe to to "Premium Services" on your cell phone to dial 1-900's but its like $25 a month.

Yeah, I think you need a landline phone to get a pbp pin, but I don't think they currently serve membership for verizon. Just buy one on sythe for about 1M.
