[RESOLVED]

I'm putting this up quick but i'm a bit busy IRL so might be a day where i won't be able to respond to this report.

I agreed to do an account build for @Derty Derty. The build was supposed to be 60 attack 89 strength 99range 75 defence 74 prayer 99 range 94 mage and he calculated it to out to be 99 combat. It was very clear at first he had no idea what he wanted because it took him 2 weeks to I guess decide and finally get started (read my sythe Pms) This whole thing was to be done in 60 days with him giving me 150 upfront and then 150m at the halfway point.

Now, at the halfway point I asked him for the other 150m and I gave him 7 day notice just to be generous. He said sure thats fine. I could've stopped working but I continued to work for those 7 days. At the end of the 7 days he messaged me and told me that he bought an account for 400m and got scammed for it so he needs more time to pay me gold(he bought gold and he was supposed to pay me but instead he bought an account) Problem is, the account i was creating was nearly completed so I really wanted the money of course because if i finish it then he can just walk off completely with a free account and since he got scammed for 400m I was scared he would bail. He offered to pay me like 80m and I said thats fine, and he hasn't paid me a slither of gold since the initial 150m. Also the initial agreement was no MM2 but at the halfway point he had been begging me for a month straight so I decided to go ahead and do it. Keep in mind, i had already finished all the stats for dragon gloves and had to get more stats on top of it for MM2 but I did to satisfy him.

Conclusion: The account had some money on it and he changed the pass and refused to pay me any money for sometime now whilst spending the money on other accounts and services. The account itself was supposed to be 60attack 89 strength 99range 75 def 74 prayer 94 mage with lunar and mm2 upon full completion. He changed the password on the account while it was 60attack 88 strength 99range 70def 44 prayer 94mage with regular void and all the stats for lunar and mm2 completed (besides 60 hunter and 58-69 slayer). NOT ONLY THAT. But I also completed the pre-stats for dragon gloves since he changed the account build midway and I also got the dragon defender, firecape, and void. Therefor I feel like he should pay me 100m for the service I have completed so far and also he changed the pass on the account while it had a lot of stuff on it approx 20m.

I think thats all , i was ina rush to do this only had like 20 minutes to compile it all like I said i'm a bit busy IRL but tried to leave as much information as I could so mods have a lot of information to process incase I can't be online for an extended amount of time.

Onto who ? Mine or his ? i don’t understand why I would have a DNT without any proof. He didn’t finish the account nor does he deserve to be paid for services he hasn’t completed. Also Im choosing not to be bullied into paying someone who does bad buissness.

It did not have 20m on it !! Lmfao you are literally lying , and all of that skilling is not done also. You are not innocent and your lying anyways so im not really worried about it.

 

I want to clarify something. He is saying over and over again "the account isnt completed why would i pay!" Well of course the account isn't completed because we agreed that halfway (30 days) He would give me the other 150m to finish the account. If at the 30 day mark he gave me the rest of the money, then the account would've been completed with no problems. Keep in mind, i'm not asking for the full 150m amount. I'm merely asking for 100m since i've done approx. 80-90% of the work he asked me to do.

I think he should also receive a TWT after this is all said because of this. Why would you buy GP then go out and spend 400m on another account and 80m on more services for another account without paying me? Then, when i start demanding some money to continue training he mysteriously changes the accounts password once it has 10-20m of wealth on it and not just the 30 days worth of work worth but an additional I believe 13 days. After he changes the pass and barely responds to me for like 2 days hes like "well i think you should finish the account and then i'll pay you ina few days". Hes literally trying to get me to finish the account so he can just change the pass again and not pay me.

This is a clear situation of someone trying to finesse, but Derty Derty is no Kodak Black

 

You can't just decide to not pay for the other work he's completed because you have a personal vendetta towards the service provider. Why didn't you pay for the other half of the payment upfront prior to spending your money for that account you desired? I'm not saying you getting scammed isn't a setback, but you could've paid for the service first as promised, then chose to have done whatever else with the money you had as you're just making false promises at this point. Also why did you change the account information randomly without even notifying the service provider prior? You are liable to pay the completed portion of the 2nd half of the order, otherwise you will be banned. If you can do that, then let me know so I can properly evaluate the % completed.

That is not why we stopped the buissness. He assume that ! I AM SAYING HE HAS a bad way of handling this due diligance. And your twisting words. There are multiple reasons why this didnt get completed, and i think this is biassed as fuck . You take things out of context or screenshots and dont even care about my side.

 

I can pay it. I did tell him i would but then he would send me paragraphs and letter going off !! CALCULATE IT OUT THEN. And i TOLD HIM PRIOR TO CHANGING THINGS THAT I NEEDED MY ACCOUNT TO ORDER GOLD OTHERWISE I DID NOT TRUST NOT BEING BANNED ON A LEVEL 3 account.

 

I had even told him I WOULD GIVE HIM 80m to suffice for the moment but he wasn’t ONLINE. THEN HE STARTS DOING THAT THING WHERE HE SENDS ME A FREAKING LOVE/HATE LETTER THEN ITS RIDICULOUS AGAIN. This wouldve been resolved if we had better buissness practices.

 

So i planned on paying him this whole time , i didn’t think there was a deadline because he is right he did countinue to work on the account . So if I pay him what he deserves to be paid for will the DNT be taken off and who can I trust to give the money to ? because now i feel like this has been turned into a bigger deal than it couldve been. Im ready whenever he was saying 100m .... idk how close the account is to being done but i will contact him about being paid.

We forsure are going to do it , he is quite busy and I have just started a new job soo timing hasn’t happened yet. We have been talking , things are absolutely going to workout. He messaged me this morning that he is going to be gone or something until Monday ?? like he is not gonna be able to get online so he said that givez you some time to come up with the cash for real.

 

He can clarrify this as well....

 

I'm handling this with them privately. I'll post an update here when this is resolved or if something else happens.
