Report on Maldesto 3

It has been 2 weeks since @video asked @Maldesto to pay me $57.80 promptly. I was first gonna accept $57.80 even though this was not the amount I should be paid. Since I still haven't received anything and I am entitled more money I am making another report.

If we do the quick calculation, I have 33 script sales, OSBot had 1 charge back which brings it to 32.
32 * 12.99 * 0.7 (My cut) gives $290.98. So far I only received $205.96.
$290.98 - $205.96 = $85.02.

Maldesto claimed this was because VIPs and sponsors get discounts on scripts and this is taken of our cut:

However, if we take a look at the ToS I agreed on, there's nothing I can see which says I agreed on them taking a VIP discount of my cut of the sale.

Therefore I demand Maldesto to pay me $85.02.

Outside of this. I think it's really weird Maldesto has been asked to pay me promptly, ignore the fact that he has been forced to pay me promptly and gets away with it. Him not caring/ignoring the decision of @video won't do anything. After he pays me, even if it's 2 weeks too late, he get's his DNT removed and no punishment for that will happen.

 

We aren't paying you 85.02, you agreed to a TOS that said you shouldn't get paid at all for leaving your script and telling us to take it down, the only reason you are getting 57.80 or whatever the balance was is because i left it in your ban message. I'm already DNT and our thread got shut down because payouts go out when they go out, you know that. I don't have the power to pay people out in paypal, they all go out at once. I already talked to Maxi(The owner of OSBot) your payment will be sent out with all the other payments. If it isn't I told Video I would pay you from my personal account.

 

Because I got forced to say my script should be taken down since you guys gave me no other choice. Even after saying that, I still updated and maintained the script and after you guys banning me, I couldn't fulfill that. If I didn't say that, I would still be in the same situation because of the ban. You told me on Skype the reason you didn't pay me promptly is because you didn't care, not because you have to wait for all OSBot payouts.

Yeah the same as I told video payments go out automatically minimum 1 time a month. He made the dispute hours after payments went out. So when the owner pays out again he will he paid.

 

It may not be my place to say anything here but I've read through the reports regarding this. As a company, and community that relies and thrives off of their supporters, wouldn't it be a smart business decision to expedite the payment and settle a dispute like this sooner than later? I've never had any reason to think negatively about Osbot or you, Maldesto, in fact I always respected Osbot for having a solid and loyal community base; however their lack of compliance in this report really put a sour taste in my mouth. I'm sure it's out of @Maldesto's control because clearly there is someone of higher authority involved. I think Osbot is doing more damage than not, nor are they thinking for the betterment of what they have built for themselves. To be blunt and honest; this report made Osbot look petty in the way they handle business decisions.

 

You are right on that. If he really wanted the payment to happen promptly as asked, he would've contacted one of the owners and made sure I got my payment straight away. He said he doesn't care when I receive my payment promptly, even after @video asking for it. It's just the way they handle their business and it's not professional at all.

I was gonna have a call with the owner of OSBot. First time he didn't come up and we set up another date, then same story happened and he never answered any of my messages again. I feel like they will find out this isn't the way you should handle your business in the long run but then again, who am I to care about that? OSBot is history for me.

 

There is a lot of behind the scenes discussion on this report. This report is out of @Maldesto's control. The reason Maldesto is not banned in the 24 hour time frame, is because both parties are under a full agreement of a payment in the time frame. @The Undefeated will be paid, it's just Osbot's ways are completely unique vs ours.

Just letting you know I've messaged Maxi over 10 times about payment to you, just so you are clear I am trying to get you paid, but we haven't been paid since before may 1st.

 

Hmm, didn't expect him to treat you the same like me lol..

 

He knows to send you payment when payments go out, as tos says at least 1 time a month. I told champ you would be paid from me if they don't pay you.
