Ban Dispute: Post made on another cheating site

Dispute Message.
This happened quite some time ago; probably five months or more and just got around to actually write a dispute on how I believe this ban was considered wrong, upright, and was not indirect violation of the Sythe's Rules and Regulations.

I was banned for saying the following statement on another cheating site(site will not be listed); "I hope you take down Sythe, that site is a bad example of a cheating site. Nothing but a bunch of immatures Administrators and Mods."

Lets phase out this quote for just a second. First up; “I hope you take down Sythe, that site is a bad example of a cheating site.”. This quote is furthermost not directed to the whole Sythe.org community but just the “Leechers”, “Scammers” and what I call “Crappy” Moderators and Administrators(You guys have taken very likely to fix these problems in the following 5 months). Lets take a look at the second statement of the quote; “Nothing bunch of immature Administrators and Moderators.” Please take note that this was directed at the Moderators and Administrators that were making bad decisions at the time of the banning. I did not post this on the Sythe.org community's website and/or forums and wasn't meant to be read by any of them.

Also, This quote that was posted on another “Runescape” “Cheating” “Site” isn't in any directed violation of the Sythe.org's community rules at the time of the writing. So I don't see how “Thorpe” got away with banning someone without a indirect violation of the Sythe.org Community's Rules and Regulations. So, If at all I think a infraction or two would have done the “Trick”.

P.S. The account that was just created “Zoikedna” was the account that I was planning on posting this message on but then later read the post located at http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=167874 .

Hm, ok, how about fuck the loopholes, and we'll make a special rule for you. You seem to forget that the Sythe rules are not "laws" or anything that, if not broken we just cannot ban a user. If we see fit that a user has good reason to be banned, we do so, whether rules are broken or not.

We don't want anyone here who "Plans (or Planned) to take down Sythe" or supports someone trying to do so, no matter if it breaks any rules or not. Do you understand how idiotic you sound, trying to justify publicly wanting someone to take down a site and then trying to have them unban you? Wow.
