Pingy has taken ~$2K from Chad in order to recover those losses, yet the losses were not just his.

If pingy is recovering gold from the ban, then he owes me my split of that $2K.

We all lost money on the account that was banned, so we are all affected parties. You scammed Chad to recover money for that specific instance when we all got hit with the loss, so you owe us both splits for that amount as well.

I know english isn't your first language so sorry for this part, but as anybody with knowledge of contract and agency law knows:

A, B, C are in a contract. A,B,C suffer collective damages because of X

A recovers those damages within the context of the contract formed between A,B,C. As this is within the scope of business, A owes the proportional amount of damages to B and C.

4.2b of his own money was given to him, he received no profit stop trying to manipulate with pictures of what he just said.

I lost ALL my money on top of profits.
bikers lost all his money on top of profits.
You got your own money back, on top of the end profit of 3.3B GP WHICH Was the end profit, so you owe me 1.1B and bikers 1.1B as we agree'd to split all profits, 3.3B was our total profit, thereby should've been split

 

As any staker can confirm, you sell your own splits. I sold part of my own split. You know that too which is why you didn't say anything after the bans.

You are not contending the fact that you specifically asked Video to recover the equivalent of 2.5B from Chad, under the premise of him having tweeted us for more than that amount. As a result, you owe me part of that.

I'm sorry that you lost your profit, and I'm sorry that Bikers lost part of his. You don't get to take the entirety of that Chad money because it was scammed to recover for the damages of the tweet which affected all of us.

This is my last post unless a mod or admin has a question for me. I would like mods and admins to understand once again that this money was specifically scammed in order to compensate for the tweets which banned Pingy's, Biker's, and my gold. Pingy should not be allowed to post on this site when he owes two people hundreds of dollars each.

Secondly, the chad situation you know nothing about, the reason of chads situation is justified to a combination of reasons that are sensitive and only video can comment on this as no other moderator knows of the situation.
Thirdly, we agree'd I am not responsible for any of YOUR and BIKERS loss's.
Fourthly, You are trying to create a problem, wasting staff time just for the sake of it to grief me. This is against sythe rules to waste staff time.
5thly) If anything you owe me and bikers money, THE OVERALL profit was 3.3B Which is what you received, which is what should be split but I didn't make a big deal out of it because I don't have time for it.

If video comes out and says that the reason for his approval was not impacted by the alleged Chad tweets then this thread can be closed and my apologies to you

By scamming $2k from Chad under the context of the tweet which impacted us all, that $2k is now "unbanned gold". As a result, you owe Bikers and I a split because we are also impacted parties.

Nah mate, I'm making your life difficult because you scammed $2K from somebody, threw video under the bus and left him to sort out this whole mess, and then pocketed the entire amount with the expectation that everything would go back to normal.

Stakers pool money together but they sell their own splits. Stop bringing this up you know this.
