60-70 ATK,
90+ str,
70-85 range, for fire cape ect.

Yes, thats correct i have not started it yet, but i am about to. I am going to Try to buy a noob account like 40 combat ish with 1 defense and prayer as only requirements. AN OWNAGE ACCOUNT.

First skill will probably be mage \ range.

Example
step 1-

get 55 mage f2p=

alch to 80ish mage

be 10 hp, 80 mage for looks lawl.

Then get up range, for chaps
Get fire cape, then melee


NEED LOTS OF MONEY, NEED TO HAVE A MAIN, NOT THIS AS ONLY ACCOUNT!!! AND NO I AM NOT ASKING FOR U TO SUPPLY I WILL PAY FOR SOME U PAY FOR SOME WE SPLIT FEES \ STATS 50\50.
