cb won't help caves at all, only stats that matter are range def and prayer
Also he asks for 2 brews and 3 prayer pots.. good fucking luck doing caves with that
Also thinks monkfish is good enough and that a 99stat cape is essential

Basically he has shit all proof, knows nothing of caves or the requirements stat and item wise and is obviously just making a very shit attempt at scamming

If he can't be banned based on this alone then just post here and I'll let it go or try find some more evidence
