i need some help downloading scar, where is the place i download from again? then when i downloaded what do i do?

Once you download Scar, download http://subversion.tigris.org/files/documents/15/39559/svn-1.4.5-setup.exe.

Then, follow http://www.srl-forums.com/forum/srl-4-released-t19563.html to download the SRL. Keep in mind you have already downloaded Subversion 1.4.5 so you can skip that part.

Then find a script that is compatible with SRL 4.

That's a personal problem. On your computer you have to be an an administrator to download anything.
