    nope, your all wrong i've bought from vggt.com 7 times and ive always met them upstairs part of varrock bank (up ladder) world 58, 35, or 68( all f2p)

    It's old, doesn't work anymore, and you're looking for something non-existant. They're not stupid enough to have a permanent place...they switch every 10-15 minutes.

    It''s always the same place, varrock west upstrairs. I bouhgt like 15 times from usfine and MMORPG-shop and they also used the same worlds (125 and 126).
