hey i know its not very good i don't quite know what i'm doing but anyway.
these two orbs was made only the the brush tool and an eraser, please rate 1-10

 

ratings count for shit all, so i'll give CnC.

the way your orb's lighting is done is very bad, it's wrong if it was IRL. you need to make it more "round" using depth, so black and white, soft light, etc.

the "1337" text bends too much and goes into the orb itself, when it should be going around it, it needs a much more subtle bend.

mainly, just work on the depth of them.
