Recovering NickOSRS - Lost 2 step authentication

I'm the owner of NickOSRS. I have lost acces to the 2 step authentication on the old phone.
I still have the login and pass, just no authentecator.

 

Hello, I have lost acces to the phone. Here are the details I have:

• Post from a home IP - This post is from the same IP as I've logged in with the account.
  
• Recovery phone number - I know the old phone number: removed, but no longer have acces
  
• Current email address - I use it to login to sythe, which I still have acces to. Can send me a mail to confirm.
  
• Skype/Discord used in the past or present - Skype inickaaa, can confirm in a message
  
• If you have donated directly through PayPal; - 25$ donar, but through removed
  • Transaction date and amount
  • PayPal email
