Help Please

Hey people
I need a bit of help
I was doing an account trade and went first with all of my account details and then the other guy scammed me. So now he knows all my account details and keeps recovering the account back. Is there someway i can stop him managing to recover the account? or is there a way to get jagex to only accept appeals from my IP or something along those line?

Tell them to check your IP, worth a shot.

Contact jagex, explain that you had a keylogger, and someone know your recovery info. Ask them to not accept from any IP but yours.

Not sure if it'd work, but try it.

 

Yes do what he said above im interested in seeing how these situations are handled by jagex.

 

where would i contact jagex from though?

 

change ur password ur bank pin and all ur recoviers to something totaly diffrent and then he shouldent be able to get ur account.

 

I would report this to an internet scamming website. I have reported somebody like this before, and he got warned by them, and never did it again

 

What i would do is keep trying to recover it and wait until it gets LOCKED... then only you, THE ORIGINAL OWNER... can get it back.. just include on the bottom of the Unlock form, Your Ip Address and Your First password Etc...

But yeah get it LOCKED

 

jagex will if you provide the correct info only accept appeals from your ip
