Scan it with whatever its clean. Just get a good proxy leecher and tester and go to work. This uses very little system resources and works very fast at cracking. I get around 1 try every 5 to 10 seconds with good proxies.

Forgot to add this. You have to make a folder for this> I do on desktop call it ubuntu.
Make 4 .txt files and save it to the folder.
Passwords.txt
Proxies.txt
Usernames.txt
Cracked.txt

Get your names passes etc. and save them to these files. Get a good proxy leecher and tester and get some good proxies and save them to proxies.txt.

Run it with 20 threads
200000 time out

Go there to get good proxy lists and programs etc to get proxies. Also they got a few name rippers there to get names off the highscores.
It takes a bit to learn this but it works.
