Osrs best xp?

I've been following this guide LINK it explains which item to buy first by efficiency the only thing im not sure about is the bludgeon>Bandos?
Is the bludgeon 100% worth it before getting bandos chestplate? wouldn't full bandos and a whip/ddef be better than tassies/bludgeon? I need opinions on this before i purchase!

 

Yes, bandos chestplate only gives like 1 str bonus over torso and usually you don't even get max hit out of it.

 

Bandos chest plate and torso are the same strength bonus i'm pretty sure.

 

@www So i should use bludgeon then? im looking to get all 99's at nmz? idk if to go controlled with whip or go, str with bludgeon, atk with whip & then defense?

 

My friends calced this the other day for me, it's always best to train strength to 99 then attack 99 finally defence.

It's worth getting 75 Defence when your like flat 80s for max strength bouns gear but after that don't touch it.

100%? i thought the rate was similar like 10k exp extra p/h? & considering the cost of repairing barrows its not worth it? correct me if i'm wrong. i take no offense

 

Dh is better until you're pretty high CB. Iirc max str is better with 95+ str (out dps dh)

 

@HNCdice im 80 atk, 85 str now, whats the difference roughly in xp p/h i would get compared to bludgeon? & how much does dh cost p/h roughly at nmz?

 

I'd go DH if I were you. The armor cost to repair is marginal compared to the cost of tassets/BCP which is next best.

yeah i got the full bandos, bring i, nezzy helm, prims, torture, bludgeon atm. ill try the dh out xp/ph

dh is definitely the best option by far autistic elegy has a vid on it if you wanna look up on youtube. He even shows which npcs give extra exp

Well i was actually only get 76k p/h in str xp, compared to 24k xp in each skill? im pretty much getting an extra 4k p/h for the price of reparing barrows idk if thats even worth it? but maybe your right i might be fighting the wrong npc's?

 

You should have 1x1 melee bosses if you're afking

 

@HNCdice I have most basic bosses ill list when i next do some nmz & ill mess around with the bosses to see if i can out do my current xp/ph

 

autumn elegy is also 99 hp. this man is probably sitting below 90 hp when dharoks isnt worth it.
