    Explanation of the trade: Went to their website and purchased an account. It says delivery with in 5-15 minutes usually. A live agent replied when I told him I was making the purchase. Told me 15 minutes - 1 hour and I'd receive the account. I patiently waited and the customer service agent never replied back. I came back multiple times and I was ignored multiple times. Dont tell me this cunt wasnt online because he was. He had no issues replying as I was making a purchase. He only ghosted me once they had the money.
    How they [removed]: Never delivered account after purchase

    Funny as I was checking their policy I seen someone typing in the live chat box. However they never posted and continue to ignore me. I made this purchase @ 10:39pm Last night. I would like a refund. I dont want to deal with a worthless lying company who cant even follow their own basic trading methods.

    DNT issued for now. @MMO-Armory Can you explain what's going on here? I spoke with the user who created the report, and he'd like a refund issued (which appears to be justified here). Respond with proof of reimbursing the user as well as why you guys failed to contact him earlier upon multiple attempts of trying to get in contact with you guys.

    @MMO-Armory I don't think you guys are trying to [removed] as you've been around here for quite some time, and haven't been online yet to see my reply, however if you're not online to respond within another 24-48 hours (going to be lenient and give you guys time to see this), then I'll have no other choice but to ban you in which you can explain yourself in a dispute.

    Hi King, I've only seen this post after I received a notification from the LiveChat team.

    This is such an overreaction over an out of stock product. No one is out to [removed] the buyer.

    Honestly I have never seen someone so angry and so quick to call [removed] over a product outage. He was never ignored, and bear in mind from the minute he purchased to making his [removed] accusation to getting a refund was no longer than 24 hours.

    I would like to also kindly request that this topic be moved and all keywords related to -[removed] be removed (Included the one I just wrote..)

    This is clearly not what the buyer reported, there's a huge differentiation between that and a product outage. Nor was the 'late reply' accusation as everything was done prompty. See the purchase date and refund date on the transaction screenshot I have posted above.
