Explanation:
I had a script on OSBot called “Undefeated Clue Solver” until a month ago. First, I got put on payhold illegitimately for a chargeback and a few complains about the script. If you read through the PMs, you will find out there were close to no issues at all and I did not fail to maintain content suitable for end customers. So, with lack of evidence, they still decided to put me on payhold. A week later I got banned for “a public threat of releasing a private conversation (Just a PM on OSBot) and continuously blaming OSBot on my script breaking”. Outside of the ban reason being completely ridiculous, Maldesto also decided to not give me any outstanding payments which I should get. The script was on sale for $12.99 and sold 33 times. Maldesto told me there was only 1 PayPal chargeback making the sales 32 in total. I get 70% of the sale which would be $290.98 in this case. So far, I only received $205.96. Because I got banned on OSBot, Maldesto knew there was nobody who could stop him from just keeping the money without any consequences. This is not the first time Maldesto has done sketchy things. He already has been banned once for posting someone’s personal information and he has been banned for scamming years ago. I think this shouldn’t pass unpunished.

EDIT: Wanna add, I made 5 bug reports in the 2 months before my ban. All of those reports were read by a developer and none of the bugs were fixed.

 

It also seems that Maldesto has also been denying/avoiding paying the user in any way, shape or form as much as possible.

When this user confronted him Maldesto ended up permanently banning his appeal account and also made excuses in his notes:

Not only this, but the user above clearly reported that it was a fault with OSBot's webwalking but they were not interested in hearing the problem whatsoever.

 

I would just like to say that @The Undefeated did everything in his power to fix his script time and time again. I actively used his script for the first week or two and submitted many bug reports which he fixed.

Some issues were osbots fault. Such as sometimes their webwalker is not upto the task and their developer actively does not update it with new links that should be there.

I don't think that either of these points can be contested by any scripter that has used osbot in the past.

Edit: to add, I never had any problems running the script in question. The only thing that ever failed consistently was the walking, which is Osbots fault and not the scripter or script in question.

 

+1 for the webwalker on osbot always screwing up and the devleopers being slow AF to fix it. One of the main reasons I switched from osbot a month ago just an FYI.

 

lets make a bet! lets bet that they end paying @The Undefeated and since its clearly osbot fault they will still keep this guy banned in osbot? or maybe unban him but removing him from the cdn w.e it called?

They already gave my script to a different scripter. OSBot ToS says, how ridiculous it sounds, your intellectual property of the script will be handed over to OSBot. They know I've worked for over a month on that script, but they seem unethical enough to care.

I found out that for me to have bot with mirror in tribot I had to be VIP. and guess what I never was. they say I botted in powerbot but guess what there not even mirror in there. they say I use their bot mirror but guess what their mirror sht didn't even work. now might I know what proof they have? lets be real it was their words against my proof.

edit2: don't forget that startcraft couldn't provide one lvl he did without telling me and during the report he couldn't provide that lvl he gained.

@Devry123 if you really want to make this personal instead of mixing up your lies for stupidity I guess we can go there.

You botted people's accounts then refused to refund that's why in the end you was banned. You wasn't able to provide valid proof.

Also, to your question about me hiding stuff from the public, there was a dispute already mentioning my issues back nearly a year ago. You're digging up old news to try cover yourself, nice try buddy.

If osbot is found to have banned you for these reasons you've listed, all of which are untrue and unethical, they should and will not be able to profit off your script.

Under sythe rules I am sure that there is a rule against taking someone's work, banning them, and keeping their work due to TOS. Especially when they haven't scammed or have any debt to repay. Isn't this true @Champ ?

Seems pretty shit to me that OSBot bans this scripter for an invalid reason, takes his $ without paying him, and keeps the script he worked his ass off on and continues to profit from it?

We put the user on payhold, when he was banned, due to refund requests for the script. He failed to update his script, so we placed him on Payhold so when we have to refund everyone that asks for a refund due to the script being broken I will have the funds to do so without having to use OSBot's personal funds.

 

Here is him after Alek (our developer) telling him a few solutions to his complaints about OSBot not providing enough to fix the script.

He told us to remove the script from the SDN. Which comes with PayHold for chargebacks/refunds.

#1 this is sythe and your TOS has no bearing here even if it says you can sell people's hard work after you unfairly ban them. Aka scamming.

His script wasn't broken. He was actively fixing all bug reports on it and the only thing that wasn't fixed was your webwalker. You banned him for telling Alek (osbot Dev) to do his job and when Alek didn't do it you banned @The Undefeated for being annoying lol. Alek hasn't done his job in a while which is why you went behind his back looking for another dev recently iirc

 

As you can see his "90" dollars has already went to 57.80 due to charge backs/refund requests.

 

You know the script was getting updated regularly, so that's a lie. At the point of my payhold, there was 1 OSBot webwalking bug which affected my script. Users could fix this themselves by turning off teleports. The script worked perfectly when I got banned. Every bug in my script was caused by bugs from OSBot after my script was released. None of those bugs were existent at time of release.

Stop lying. This is also not true. The 90 dollars is without the money OSBot steals from our cut. Sponsors and VIPs get a discount on each script, this gets taken of OUR cut. This is not mentioned in the ToS, but there's no one to stop them. I'm 99% sure there weren't any refunds given since $57.80 sounds like the amount I saw in my script sales.

I also told him switching webwalker isn't possible in any way, I basically did everything to remove my script off payhold and let it work. (Which it already mostly with OSBot webwalker)
