Looking for a maxed or near maxed RS3 account, by near maxed I mean something that's somewhat close to being maxed roughly 100 levels off 2,595 TL. I can go lower if the account interests me, so I'd be open to purchasing an account that interests me even if it falls below the requested 100 levels off being maxed.

I don't really have a set budget, I'll be willing to spend a reasonable amount on a good account I can use to play RS3 on.

• Willing to use a Middleman.
• Willing to go first with trusted members whom have donated or contributed a lot to the community.
• Willing to use 07/RS3 GP with trusted members only.

Ideally I'm looking for something thats:

• Quested to an acceptable standard for a maxed account
• Near maxed if not completely maxed, open to comp accounts too
• Hopefully no more than 105 slayer

If you're not trusted or have not contributed a decent amount of money and time to the community, my only payment method I'll be willing to use is Paypal, this is non negotiable as I see people getting scammed somewhat frequently here and I wouldn't want to lose my money to a joker, so I also reserve the right to simple decline or cancel a trade if I deem it too suss.

Looking for clean and professional business here, if you're not serious, don't waste your time, I'm not the guy. Feel free to post your threads/offers below and I'll either check them out or present a counter-offer.

Just to be clear, I do have a thread open for an 07 account too, this is only because I'd prefer either 07 or RS3 if the account is acceptable and the seller is trustworthy, it'd be a plus if there were a 07/RS3 side to the account. The reason why I also demand Paypal is because if the sellers intentions are true, then there should be no issues with using Paypal as the account can always be recovered however payment cannot, I wouldn't like to be put in a position with vulnerability unless I absolutely had to.
