please give advice

ok well i want 70 def.... but the question is how to get it.... i also want 52 prayer and holy grail gives a lot of xp in both but takes 20 at... should i get it???please help heres my stats

Raise your attack first then get defense up with a decent weapon like rune scim or d scim.
Or you can get 70 defense with a steel scim..

Anyway I'm not sure what type of pker/staker/account your trying to build so a little more information would help posters

Nah training def via long range should never be done, it's slow def and slow range experience.
Just train defense melee style it's your only option, and I would stick with 40 def for now and just train range, 70 def will only work if your 90+ range

 

yeah do eaither def mage xp,or long range since ur getting tank ranger u should long range to get both things up at same time =)

 

long range is so slow though... hmm i should get the 20 att for holy grail sounds like though... i think it gives 18k def xp and yes im getting 70 def not staying with 40 im done pking for a while i keep getting koed

 

well its a tiring and long way :\

 

perhaps u should raise ur mage. use mage att+def.it will get both mage and def exp.i think that should do it at the cost of money.

i wud do holy grail. if u want the 20 def easy do vampire slayer.

 

try 70 70 70 for melee, then raise ur range stats, ull still be ranged based sooner or later

 

Holy Grail only gives 11k Prayer/15k Defence...so if your trying to get your defence & your prayer up.I say go for it.

 

ok but im not getting 70 70 70... im considering doing biohazard and just using these 15k bronzies on it using longrange, im 52 pray and 46 def now.
