I thank you for reading my thread. Hopefully you will find this information usefull. Since you are reading this, i guess you recently got a computer or are thinking about upgrading one. In this guide, you will find how to keep your computer free of keyloggers/trojans/and viruses, and learning what each one of them are capable of doing. You also learn how to keep your computer upto date so you get maximum satisfaction.

Section 1: Trojans, Viruses, and keyloggers OH MY!

Before i tell you all about how to get rid of them, the best thing to do, is to educate you on each of the three.

Trojan:
Ever heard the story of the trojan horse? it was meant to be a gift, but at knight , the soldiers rushed out and killed everyone. Thats kind of similar to the trojan itself. A trojan, is a program or file that hides itself. Say, you download a runescape auto bot. You find a readme file. It looks normal, and harmless. The thing you dont know is, its a trojan! Yes you can see trojans. they can look like usefull items, in this case, a text document. What it does is, it opens all your ports up so the sick low life can get all your information without you knowing! You can get a trojan even by visiting a site!

Virus:
Viruses, are like the pawn in chess, they are sacrificed, to see what they can obtain/kill. Viruses, like trojans, are obtainable through programs, downloads, and websites. These viruses, usually try to destroy your computer from the inside out. The viruses can wipe out your hard drive, screw up your monitor, or even your mouse. You must take caution when downloading programs.

Keyloggers:
Ah keyloggers.. the worse type of infecting thing. The creation of the ultimate lowlife.. anyway, keyloggers are programs, secretly hidden , that track everything you type! Even your sythe.org /runescape, or any other sites password! these are not good at all >.< These are the hardest to get rid off.

Oh noes, ive been infected with a virus/trojan/keylogger! what should i do!

You've been infected you say! have no fear! ragalshnagal is here!...to help . To get rid of these pests, you must have a virus/trojan/keylogging removing program. Most of you do.

The first thing you should do is scan your computer with all of the programs you have.

Second, if you have been on runescape and think you have been keylogged, or if you were on any site, such as sythe, change your password with the onscreen keyboard. this way incase the keylogger is still in the computer, it wont know what your typing, because you are just clicking the letters!

To get onscreen keyboard, follow these instructions.

1.Press the start button
2.Go into all programs
3.Go into accesories
4.Search around for onscreen keyboard.

Obviously they did read. Use a dictionary please (it's night, not night). Correct wording is important for guides. Keep going.

 

What do you mean when you said ( it's night, not night... wierd?) and yea i just started this, its a rough draft, still adding onto it so people just tell me how i did SO FAR, not what i did WRONG. I know there are some errors i saw after i posted it, i only posted it because i was lagging and i didnt want to lose all the stuff i typed @_@ so just tell me what i should do, instead of typing correctly, and other things. just say what you think about how it is so far.

 

I think you add some stuff about how to increase internet speed, talk about microsoft defragmenter and disk clean up, how to compress old files, delete usuless files...talk about registry clean up. Just basically all that junk

One other thing, almost all keyloggers now a days can still log what you write even if you use an on screen keyboard. The best thing to do would be to go to a different computer, and change your password.
