Site Jagex Can't Kill?

Hey guys, I was wondering if I could create a free site that is Rs cheating, that Jagex wouldn't be able to take down. For example, I know they can take down InvisionFree sites =/.

 

They could probably take down every site they know of that they can access.

Yeah I think that if they found a website about rs cheating they would most likely bring it down or attempt to.

if they can take out Tainted-Ones then they can take out you so it might not be that easy. sucks but there you go
