I know you all are busy with very important works on sythe but please spare some time and look over my case

my case was going on but i agreed with op to remake his account with same stats he lost so case can close. We had a mutual agreement and case was closed. My trainer has been training his account till today and i have been providing screen shots every week to champ. @KingCobra account stats currently which he has given us to train


I was fulfilling everything agreed on and have provided screen shots to champ but now op is breaking our mutual agreement himself and asking payment in $ for account he lost . If hes breaking our mutual agreement i should win this case itself?

however if still hes allowed to break mutual agreement than please i would like to carry on my case as my case was still unsolved. Also op should be charged for skilling he made us do

Following are my points for my case
1=Ban risk were discussed with him before training begin
2=I told him clearly if i am going to cover ban risk price will be higher for which he agreed he will cover ban risk
3= I have in on my tos i am not responsible for any ban risk

I have clearly followed these two sythe rules regarding powerlvling

• An explicit refund and returns policy must be defined by the trainer and agreed upon by the buyer (in writing) before services are rendered.
• In order for a policy to be enforced, the trainer must ensure the buyer has read, understood and agreed to said policy.

What we missed is just we didn't took screen shot of every lvl of training but taking screen shot is enough that account is botted or not? suppose order is 90 to 99 rc its just 9 screen shots we have to provide and can bot all day and if bans happen we wont be responsible. I am not someone new to powerlvling i have completed over 100+ orders of powerlvling before this ban happened also other users you guys have already posted your reviews about this already please do not post now only mods post please
