I bought 2 accounts of Goat + Talon. @Talon @GOAT
These 2 accounts were tweeted by a twitter account that gets likes from JagexAcorn + an individual called azureaxe, who is FOLLOWED by Jagexacorn.
I did not know they were tweeted by this twitter account when I bought them because talon tried hiding it by double name changing.
When I first logged into the accounts they were sat at g.e and by chance I had clicked on view g.e history, just to see 2 bonds bought on both accounts, so I go ahead and confront Talon and here are the pictures of the dms... This is after I have paid them money.

In the first picture, you can see talon saying at first if I have proof, then ADMITTING he double name changed by telling me to 'change the outfit' (lol?)

This next picture shows me confronting Goat, and check out his response, he openly admits he didn't tell me the account was tweeted pre-hand then claims he told me on voice.

All of the accounts that the twitter account that tweeted out the rsn's of accounts that I bought + OTHER accounts they were ATTEMPTING TO SELL TO ME all got banned.

I logged into the accounts for literarily 2 hours and banned within 48hours, I bought the accounts with gold on the accounts since they knew if they moved the gold around, it would result in there other accounts being banned.

Paid $813.69 for total accounts with gp on the accounts.
Paid $190+$200 for the 2 accounts = $390

I talked to Video about this privately, he told me to open a report and thought they should refund.

EDIT : when I ask talon for rsn's before double name change in second picture, look at his response? yet in the first picture he admits he did name change? ....

This is currently being discussed @frogstar - Sorry for the wait

 

After discussing this with a few other Staff members, we have come to the conclusion that both @Talon and @GOAT will be responsible for $390 repayment of the accounts that were banned. We do not feel there was a sufficient warning given to @frogstar that the accounts were tweeted. As such, we feel a TWC is appropriate for poor trading practices, trying to hide the fact that the accounts were tweeted before selling them is not right.

As for the remaining $423.69 worth of GP that was on the accounts we would need to see proof of this.

as I mentioned earlier, I logged into the accounts for literarily 2 hours, gold had moved nowhere, was remained on account.

I don’t mean to butt in, I have no additional way of adding to the report. What about all the other times this has been done? This has been going on for years (literally) and plenty of accounts have been bought/sold after being mass tweeted. What about those? Also, I can think of one way this can be abused already... I’m not saying no refund is due, I’m just saying there needs to be clear ruling on the matter rather than “that’s unfair lol”.

 

I agree, but Talon had clear intentions and knew what he was doing. EDIT : it has not been going on for years, years ago is different to todays situation whereby 1 tweet = ban, especially by the users specifically who tweeted the accounts that are FOLLOWED by a Jmod

In regards to that I was bsing since I get watched 24/7 + would rather people laid there eyes off me at arena and in general to stop tweeting since these days I can't trust anyone.

EDIT : if it helps, ask gold sellers or check my vouchs or who I've vouched to see if I've purchased gold 3x within that time period

 

@Talon @GOAT mods have said I do not have enough evidence as the gp could have been transferred over or so.

Thanks for resolving this @GOAT. As discussed with @frogstar, he does not have sufficient evidence to make a claim for the GP, so this will be closed.
