free training for vouches

mmkay, i recently lost my rs account, but i dont wanna start another one, or buy another one for fear of being scammed again.

I wanna do some free training/doing quests for vouches because i wanna become an MM or something.

I do tutorial island.. training xp, doing quests (must supply some stuff if its a hard quest)
