He has all right to if you weren't going to pay him out. Why weren't you paying him for the account?

[Pootang69]

The account has not been recovered. Can I just have my money please

[Champ]

@z02_BBB If you do not pay him out, you will be banned.

I managed to recover the account and the rest of the money was on it. Though he still scammed me. Whats my obligation in this situation?

Feel free to contact me on skype if you can find me and I'll take it for community repayment. This user is known as @NepiaEdward and was banned due to this scam: Scammed By NepiaEdward for 54$ paypal

@z02_BBB has been banned for ban evading/scamming. @Pootang69 Would you mind handing the 4.1M 07GP to either to me in another payment method or to another moderator in gold?

This has been discussed privately and it appeared that @Pootang69 found 12M on the bank which will be used for community repayment. Pootang claims he'll be able to hand this to me next week. Closed.
