is either selling hijacked / stolen accounts or he is just a straight up scammer.


First started on Saturday when I purchased an account from him. I paid 120M and I added 40M gold to the account, got a fire cape and shortly after getting the fire cape i got DC'ed.


I try to log back in and am informed that the account has been locked and that it can only be recovered by the creation email (which he isn't giving for any of his sales). He says this is due to the drastic IP change, which, does make some sense. So he recovers the account and returns it to me.


I play a little more on it later that night and head off to bed. I wake up in the morning and none of the login credentials work. I hit forgot password and now the registered email is changed to something totally different than the creation email and the email that I registered to it.


I alert him and he says that it's suspicious on my end, (???????) yet he replaces the account with a better account. He assures me this account will not have the same problems. I load up 35M onto the account, buy a bond and grind out another fire cape. I do a little crafting and end the night last night with a quest.

The second that I finish the quest I get disconnected and the account has been locked. I messaged him right away but it was fairly late so he didn't respond until the morning. Again, claims it is an IP issue.

I get off work to attempt to recover the account and once again all the details have been changed.

He says "man i swear you're having the worst luck."

To me the luck that he is referring to is that the actual account owner are getting notified when their account gets locked up and that is why they are being recovered. He says nobody else is having any issues, but i have 4 accounts running and the only ones that have problems are the ones that he is claiming to be "the original owner".

As it stands, I have lost 200M to this user.

he had 12 accounts for sale and he deleted all posts in his for sale thread trying to hide the accounts that he was selling.

 

He has now blocked me on both skype and sythe. If that isn't any more of an indication of his guilt.

 

Very odd. I've reverted the thread to its previous form before he edited it to "SOLD" for public reference.

Pretty fishy situation. I've issued a DNT for now. @The Ace of Spades Care to elaborate here?

 

Just want to help OP with this dispute. I wanted to purchase an account off of the scammer, but I didn't since I got slightly suspicious of the price tagging and the accounts in question. Here I have a proof where the user says same thing about "my pures email doesn't even exist its just a short email" to me, in regards to another account, as well.

I sent a message to them via Skype and got blocked. Their sythe profile image was also changed to a blank default one.

 

glad u held off. i was too greedy and paid the price.

 

Also having an issue, with this players accounts. Puchased 200m range/mage tank original acc name redwelly, osbot has a post on it email login being [email protected] @Decode for some shit just like this. account is now locked The ace of spades has yet to respond but ill post pics of convo from skype if he doesn not respond
