Creating new account

Hello I was requesting for account creation but no one have made an account for me or sent me an e-mail with password...

Having troubles registering? Please post a new dispute with the following information, and we'll register an account for you!

• OSRS Brother if in use, some other names (Arcane FS, For Ever Young OSRS, Stairs To Top, Raise Up.) Please send me my username aswell in email to one that will be suitable.
• E-mail - removed
• Your skype name - Dont got Skype, e-mail me if you want me to create one.

Your account will be created by an administrator following your request, and your password will be e-mailed to you, or failing that, Skyped. We will not accept requests from mobile phones or VPNs.
