First of all me or my worker definitely did not touch anything, we have 15+ open orders and hundreds of mils on some of those accounts which were untouched. This guy is the only person we're doing training for that has played on his account from the minute we stop training to the minute we start, and he even admits in those screenshots that he's seemingly xfering items on and off the account while the order is still under way.

Nothing more to really say, I'm going to write something in my thread about you can't log into the account during service and transfer off all valuables which should stop this from happening again. Didn't bother responding at first because I thought it would be instantly closed due to seemingly no evidence of there 300m on the account anyway.

@Away this is your first and only warning about this rule:

Prior to the start of a service, the service provider MUST inform the customer that any valuables should be removed from the account. Failure to follow this rule may be grounds for a TWC, market ban, or further consequences.

@AlexiThymia I'm very sorry for your loss but there is no evidence of the gold being on the account and you even requested @Away himself if you were allowed to login meanwhile to which he agreed, so who knows maybe you even removed the wealth yourself.
