He knows very well I rolled way too many times on the previous bets and paid him out. If I didn't roll too many times he would have lost the bet. @veng @King

Apologies for the delayed response. The report on you @turtle the frog is for refusing to refund what was owed from the dice duels a few days back with @Decimate. The refund will be issued for the first roll on each of the bets that @turtle the frog didn't land on. All of the other rolls after that will be considered invalid. I'll provide gyazos of each of these as well if you get confused since you can't see donor lounge.

Not sure why it's a deleted post, but I'll reply to each statement.

You should know the rules as well, and yeah it's his mistake, but at the same time you knew it was 1 roll per bet, yet didn't say anything? I'm not accusing you of doing anything, but I'm just saying. I'm only making this fair by making you issue a refund for what you should've never received. I'm counting the first roll as that's the only fair way of going about the situation. If you were to keep an excess, then it'd be considered scamming as you never won that money to begin with. Also I'm not calling you a scammer by any means. I simply am just trying to resolve what is owed back to @Decimate as mentioned previously. I hope that answers your question.

@turtle the frog You're asking me not to quote it, but how do you expect me to reply to the report without someone knowing your question? The rules in the dicing thread simply state that if OP rolls your number, you get paid X amount. They fail to mention that the OP only rolls one die per wager. Though that is obviously what was intended by the thread, otherwise OP loses quite a bit on each wager, it is OP's responsibility to make his rules clear. The bettor here is not required to refund because none of the OP's rules were broken
