Looking for Free/Premium Graphic Work!

Hello people of the Sythe community! My name is iEvil and I am getting back into the whole Runescape/Sythe community. I am posting this thread in regards to paying or accepting free graphic work that is related to my name and services that are underdevelopment. I am not much of a picky or specific person but I would like the graphic work for the Avatar, Signature, Etc, to have evil and trippy touch to it!
