I feel let down by sythe

Hi,

I feel extremely disappointed by my experience from Sythe. I reported a scammer he scammed roughly $350 by first selling me an account for $130 which should have raised alarm bells but he had loads of transactions and $100 donor so I took the risk as I was 2-3B 07 up anyways via renting off POKOLE. He then took the account back which had 220M 07. I had to wait over a week to make the complaint as I had conflicting IP as I live in student halls with one actually very famous person here. I tried making an account endlessly eventually had to go elsewhere and get it done. I then had to make the account read all templated and post like 20 gyazo's. The user got a DNT which was quick in all fairness. Sythe mods however decided if he refunds the money for the account which I have full proof of he can trade again... How is that fair from all my screenshots you can see the guy is a liar. He blocked me on discord yet still he is allowed to trade and doesn't even have a trade with caution. Clearly proof of him LYING should be enough to give him a ban. When I post this on his thread I get a warning for false accusation when it is a fact he scammed me and I have proof. I honestly don't care about the 220M 07 or even the 140M 07 refunded and I would happily pay that to get him banned so no else gets scammed. I just feel so let down by Sythe and I hope people manage it better or someone decides to make a better site. It is just so draining to report someone and even when you prove them wrong they will turn blind eyes and think of every angle to defend the scammer maybe because they donated $100.

to this ^ if u cant prove he scammed the other 300$ with evidence wat do u want from the mods? lol

 

Im sorry for your unpleasant experience here on Sythe so far. We cannot just take anyone's words about things that MAY be on the accounts. We simply base our judgements on the material presented to and make a fair agreement based off the evidence. I recommend you try to make screenshots you best friends when using sythe services to ensure your own safety!

 

No the fact that if you scam $1000 and only get caught red handed for $700 you can refund $700 and continue on as normal... The guy scammed and lied and still no trade with caution. Also I got a warning for posting facts on his thread and I can't even comment on his thread.. All I am saying is if he gets caught red handed scamming $700 then he should have to pay a penalty as well as refunding the $700 because this way it seems like scamming pays off

2) Trading 101 - Vouches, donor status and how you can stay safe!
3) Accounts are ALWAYS recoverable, even with a Middleman/Recovery Test!
