Hyper ELO - My account was banned for scripting...

Recently purchased a boost that went horribly wrong from [VERIFIED][All Regions]Hyper ELO Boosting ServiceQuick&Efficient Guaranteed Boost

He did refund me for the appalling service, which I appreciated.

I have spent close to £500 on skins since creating this account, over £350 in boosts last season....

This is absolutely fucking ridiculous, I don't even play the game myself much anymore, just let this service play recently and suddenly 3rd party ban.

What a surprise they spammed twitch and kog... I am in the process of trying to get the replays but op.gg and lolking aren't finding them (over 7 days ago).

I am NOT happy.

UPDATE:

So the booster claims only him and another booster were on the account, none can supply a single replay/recording/private stream.

"My word against his" he claims.

 

He responded and says he has asked the boosters etc.

I have asked if the boosters have any video recordings or any proof of them playing without scripts.

 

I want to see recordings POV of the booster for the twitch/kog/vayne games played on my account - as my friend mentioned these are the scripts that mostly work nowadays apparently so he's not surprised.

 

I sent the user the thread and told him to respond, I am going to bed I'm incredibly sad, annoyed and pissed off.

If it was a ban for boosting I'd understand as it is a risk that we take.

...But getting banned for third party programs after purchasing a boost that they couldn't complete and screwed the mmr on the account, yeah it leaves a lot to be desired. Double kick in the teeth.

Asked user to respond to the thread, but he viewed and never posted.

Can't find a way to download replays off any websites due to how long ago it was, if anyone knows how let me know, really pissed off.

 

We have been speaking privately on Skype. This order started on the 20th on January, it was originally a Placements + Boost to D1. However, due to his dissatisfaction with the booster's performance, the boost was stopped at D5, and thus was refunded.

Just a few hours ago, he contacts me again on Skype and informs me of his ban and accuses the booster. I was quiet stunned because this is the first complaint I receive to this booster. Instantly, I confront the booster and he was baffled by the accusation. He assured me that he never used scripts or other 3rd party programs.

I am extremely strict regarding toxicity and scripting and I personally hand-pick boosters, and spectate their gameplay before hiring them. The one hired for this order was no different, and I did spectate him back then when he first applied as a booster and he showed no signs of scripting.

So what triggered the third party software ban, since you were the only people to play on my account, 50 games since season start.

Scripts of some sort were injected into the league client which caused the detection, unless it's a false positive; but since you were talking about multiple people using my account due to "different" boosters under performing, it's quite worrying.

And as I stated before, I know very few boosting services that don't hold player-side POV for their boosters in case of these events.

I appreciate you refunding me for the boost itself, but being hit by a permanent, irreversible ban afterwards and losing time and hard earned money over the last six months, it's not great.

Update: As a last ditch effort, I have asked Riot, but we know they don't reveal information on bans due to detection methods blah blah blah. But I have asked if it was one of the foreign IP addresses that had logged into the account from the 20th January. - At least this way will narrow it down if they give a yes or no answer.

 

I'm happy to have a look at this report and assist if any staff would like an extra hand.

This is the message I sent to support, I have censored personal/sensitive information.

I've tried to get them to release even a little information, as anything small would narrow it down.

 

Just got a response from Riot.

So it was for scripting, so which one of your boosters decided that this was okay?

A few wins off D5, struggling, did they try and script to grab those final wins or what?

You sell boosts to challenger, but you aren't able to reach even D5 with verified challenger/master tier players(?)

How many different people played my account? As you made it sound/appear as if it was 3-4 judging by chat logs, which I can post here.

There's no video evidence from the POV of your boosters on my account, which is a little sketchy, but I guess you "trust" your boosters. But they all play the highly scripted champs and I just happened to get banned for it after your boosters used my account.

I simply pay people to get me rewards so I can just play flex during the season at around gold mmr, why would I pay hundreds to script and get banned, it's not logical. The only high MMR games on the account were played by your service.

 

Oh, and to add.

You speak about the boosters in third person.

You stated that it was only YOU and one other booster on the account.

But you changed boosters three times? Three different roles and summoner spells swapped constantly.

Can you explain that?

I can post Skype chat logs proving this, just wondering why there's a big discrepancy between what you're telling us and what you were telling me during the boost.

But then look at how many times he stated boosters changed, new people picking up my account, summoners changing position etc.

 

Sorry for being so on edge, just really pissed off about this. Not just the ban but the whole situation as a whole.

I am trying to make sense of it but I'm doing 1+1 and getting 3.

We have spoken, and the case is currently being investigated.

 

I've spoken to other staff about this.

Unfortunately, there is not enough evidence to suggest @Hyper ELO was responsible for the ban. The service was ended on 27/28th with a refund given for the incomplete portion. Around ten days after the service ended, on the 6th, the account was banned for scripting. There were many games played during that ten day gap, and the service provider cannot be held liable for that.
