Everything is done VIA tickets.
- You are not allowed to log in while a service is ongoing unless given permission. Doing so will cancel the order and you wont get a refund.
- If you want to cancel an ongoing order a partial refund can be negotiated.
- We are not responsible for any bans/mutes. Everything is done via hand by experienced players. We do not use any Bots, Scripts or Third Party Clients.
- Everything is done via tickets ONLY. We will never message you first.
- Before starting a service remove any unnecessary gold/valuables from the account.
- Once your order is completed you are required to change your password.
