Why so laggy

I have a laptop from like 350 EURO ok not much.
But its like 6 months old and i keep lagging on runescape
i tried client and priority etc..
And i keep lagging i deleted all stuff etc keep lagging..
And if i play soulsplit i don't lagg :s
Please help !

Did it start occurring JUST NOW? Or was it after the bot nuke?

 

It's been lagging since the bot nuke for most people.

Try these:

Update Java.
Update graphic drivers.
Mess around with your RS settings.

 

Do this ^ But it could also be because you're laptop cant handle all the sound additions jagex has made into the game, OR that you have it on too high of quality.

 

Change to java settings to run Runescape on high priority.

 

First time I've heard lag complaints in a long time.

Try changing your Graphics settings in-game and see if that makes a difference for you (change to Direct X, Software, etc.).

Also, you might want to ask others in game if they are experiencing the same issues.

If it just started happening today, and other people are feeling the lag as well, it might just be because of an upcoming game update that they are pumping in before they 'flip the switch'.

 

RuneScape is super laggy since the Bot Nuke. Just update everything, and find the optimal settings for your computer

 

I play on the lowest settings i can

Already tryed that in a client but still lagg.

 

probably too many people on the world, try to wait a bit and go to the lowest ping world which also have the least people in it and try.
Like you i lag but only when i bot..

 

What i did when i had a shit comp was borrowed my brothers computer for 2 days and staked to 30b and sold and bought a 4k computer

 

yeah, Rs has been laggy for me since the nuke. comps that used to work well are now insufficient

 

Well than i better quit and go play soulsplit
