How much h2o you drink in a day? I literally only know one other person that consumes as much water as I do, so many ppl here don't hydrate nearly enough

50-70 oz a day sometimes more depending if I'm biking. When weather gets warmer, I will be drinking loads

Protip by the "glide" kind and not a cotton type. The cotton shit is difficult to work between your teeth and will sometimes fall apart.
