When sending a payment I always want the buyer to use a TRACKING NUMBER.
-You can go to a post office and ask for one, a tracking number will be added to the envelope when shipped. You will also be given that number and it will allow you to see all the Processing and Sorting Facilities that it will go through until it arrives to 'Destination' as it says for tracking info.
-When it says it has arrived to it's destination, it means I have received your payment.

I will also have to have your tracking number to keep track also.

I use Tracking Confirmation for security with the Buyer and the Seller.
It saves any confusion and scam attempts while selling via mail, it also prevents mail from getting lost at a facility.
Added Security With Tracking: If you send a payment, you can have added extra security with tracking. They will charge you more at the post office but you can have a "Signed Confirmation" where I have to sign in order to receive the payment. It makes a safe transaction with the buyer knowing I had received the payment, and it is a signed transaction.
