Buying a Level 3 skiller - MUST BE TRUSTED

Ok, I rather not make this sound mean but personally %50+ of this community are scammers. I like sythe, But Ive seen so much scamming going on.

I am looking for a skiller, ONLY from somone VERY trusted.
By trusted, I mean OVER 500 post, And 15+ vouches.

I would feel comfortable with a MM or somone selling me one even more.

Im looking for somthing with lots of 60's. Or somthing with most skills over 50.
I would also like if it had 10m+ and starter items.

I rather it NOT have ever been a member. And NEVER had recoveries.

The only reason im so strict is because I quit last year, And told my self I wouldnt play anymore, But Im bored in all and want to have a skiller to get on every now and then.

I also have a big list of cheap accounts I want to get rid of.

NO RECOVERIES(Ever)
NO membership(ever)
Must have every little detail so I can recover it without worries
NO combat skills
NO blackmarks
