Again, there aren't really heavy qualifications to work at Jagex. You don't have to "do shit" to become a Jmod, usually you just need to show up and apply for some of the entry level positions. I'm sure they agreed to some code of conduct when they were signed so Jagex doesn't have to worry about it.
