Selling Steam account worth $200+ ~very cheap~

Doing some spring cleaning on my accounts, and now I'm looking to sell my Steam account that is worth more than $200 for less than 1/4th the price. ~clicky~

I've included a screenshot of my accounts total value, comparing the games I have in my library to their price in the Steam store. The total value of this is $310. ~clicky~

I've then compared the price of the games in my library to the games cost on Amazon. The total value on this was $290. I also included a screenshot of this. ~clicky~

Now, taking the cheapest versions of the games from either Amazon or Steam, the total comes out to be...

Total: $195

So $195 is about the absolute lowest price this account is worth, and I'm looking to sell it for only $35. Not a bad deal I don't think. My VAC Status is also still in good standing (I've uploaded a screenshot showing this as well). ~clicky~

EDIT: Just wanted to mention that I'm trying to sell this account kind of quickly, so I'd be willing to knock $10 off the above listed price for the first person that contacts me before the end of this week. So I'd be willing to sell this account for only $35, which is less than the price of a single new game. Pretty decent, considering this account has Portal 2 on it as well, which is still selling for full price at some places ($40-50).

Also, I forgot to mention, I'm the original owner and I can provide receipts for all of the games on the library list. Portal 2 was purchased from Best Buy though, but I can provide a scanned copy of the receipt and manual for the CD-key.

 

Bump - no one is interested in buying the account for only $35? Worth $200+ with 21 games, and like I mentioned, I'm the OO and have receipts for everything.
