Banned since last year

I was banned from a newcomer who says I recovered an account back from his possession, USN "cole_eagles" (mine). At the time of the disputes i was on a business trip, in which i was delayed on replying to the thread in a "timely" manner. I think i was given around 2 days to reply until i was banned without question. The account was sold for i believe 130m~, and a question is simply put, why would i trade all of my vouches/rep for 130m? I don't even believe there was actual concrete evidence that i recovered it, also with his messages that he had let someone else use the account/get it banned. If it comes down to it i'll give him back the 130m but at what cost? Me losing both? If that's what it takes that's fine. I'm done with traveling for a while and want to get back into services.
