2daMAX - Scammer

Briefly explain the trade: I tried to buy a Pikachu Gameboy Color with 6 games from 2daMAX but he scammed me (for $100 in total)
How they scammed: Tried to delay the trade and claim that the tracking code was not made available to him, hence he cannot provide the code to me yet.
He never did gave me the tracking code for the stuff and kept avoiding me.
Also keeps making up excuses like needing time for the parcel to reach the UPS HQ and then he will receive the code and give me the code.
I was gullible, but I found out that tracking codes are received immediately upon payment of the shipment. I have been waiting for a week now.

He has been known to recover Minecraft accounts which he "sold", and I should've checked thoroughly before trading with this dubious guy.
